This might be for you — for your own wish list!

Note that this year’s wish list includes a new super-lightweight spray tanning applicator, alone or bundled with a home spray tanning setup. Hint: a great gift to the significant other in your life! Scroll down for more details.

#1 — BEST sPRAY ACCESSORY: 3M PPS 2.0 — $146 to $230

Example of a PPS 2.0 setup on a gravity feed gun. PPS 2.0 works with bottom-feed guns too.

The 3M PPS 2.0 system adds disposable fluid cups with filters built in. This saves time filtering spray fluid and cleaning the spray gun. The cups come with airtight sealing plugs, so you can also save fluid overnight. This system also makes it easier for you to switch fluids without having to have an extra spray gun.

The starter H/O kits for HVLP spray guns come in two sizes. The Midi H/O kits can be used with disposable liners in three sizes: 3 oz, 6 oz, and 13.5 oz. The Large H/O kits use 22 oz and 28 oz liners.

Note that the PPS 2.0 items sold here are only for HVLP spray guns, not for compressor guns. Roger takes the black lids off the cups so they work with HVLP guns, and also inserts the transparent mix-ratio sheets for you.

#2 — extra spray gun! — $229 to $399

The Fuji M-model spray guns are $229, the T70 and T75 G spray guns $399, and the GXPC spray guns are $389. Each model has its own strengths and weaknesses. Check out the comparisons in our article on how to choose the best spray gun for your projects and budget. — or go ahead and shop!

Note: We also sell compressor guns.

#3 — Pressure Pot — $319 to $494

This accessory lets you spray large surfaces with more comfort, efficiency, and smoother results. The large fluid containers mean interrupting the spray session less often, minimizing session time and avoiding the uneven surface that can happen if the finish starts to dry before you can resume spraying.

Fuji 5432 2-quart pressure pot

Pressure pots also take some of the weight off the spray gun — making long spray sessions more comfortable.

Two sizes are available 2-quarts, and 2.5 gallons.

  • The Fuji 5470 2.5 gallon pressure pot sits on the floor, with the fluid and air tubes connected to the spray gun. You can even set a gallon paint container inside, to minimize cleanup. Price: $399 + another $94.95 for the necessary Fuji 5487 air/fluid hose. (Total $494.)

  • The Fuji 5432 2-quart pressure pot has a hanging hook, but is usually used with one hand holding it, the other hand holding the spray gun. Price: $319.

#4 — pressure pot accessories—$55 to $112

For someone who already has the Fuji 5432 pressure pot, either of these two accessories can make using it more comfortable.

  • Fuji Spray has a new 5451 backpack for the 2-quart pressure pot. Price: $54.99. This frees up both hands, and spreads the pressure pot weight across the back for more comfort.

  • The Fuji 5420 2-hose combo kit includes 10-foot air hose and fluid hose, easy to velcro wrap together. The extra lengths add mobility for large jobs. Price: $112.

#5 — 8-ounce Mini-Cups for spraying and storing small amounts of spray fluid — $57 to 68

These minimize fluid waste and make storing fluid easier.

They fit all Fuji Spray bottom-feed spray guns, the GXPC spray guns, and the gravity-feed M-model (which easily converts to bottom-feed).

  • The starter kits include the pressurized assemblies plus 2 extra cups. The Fuji 9080 —price $57.20 — fits all but the GXPC spray guns, which require the swivel L version, Fuji 9080-Swivel-L — Price $68.

  • Extra 8-ounce cups come in six-packs — Fuji 9811-6 — to use once you have the assembly. Price: $68.

#6 — Extra air cap — $59 to $74 depending on the spray gun model

picture of the 6 air caps for the T70 and T75G spray guns

Six different air cap sizes are available for the T70 and T75G spray guns.

An extra air cap can make a spray gun much more versatile for a modest cost.

Fuji Spray installs an air cap in each new spray gun that’s fine for most spray fluids and surfaces. For fast-drying fluids and very fine, thin fluids, a smaller air cap can product smoother results. And for spraying thicker fluids, a larger air cap makes for faster coverage and better results.

The Fuji 5137 air cap case is nice accessory ($20) that holds up to 4 air cap setups.

#7 — 6-foot Whip Hose — $43

The Fuji 2049F whip hose takes some hose weight off the spray gun, and its ultra flexibility makes maneuvering in tight spaces possible.

The name comes from the way you can flick it around.

It’s really an essential accessory.

And — you can link (and unlink) two whip hoses together — handy for spraying large surfaces.

#8 — Quick-connectors for linking spray hose to turbine — $14.20

With the Fuji 2046 female hose connector plus the 2046M male connector, you can add quick-connect convenience to the turbine end of the hose. This makes it quicker to disconnect the air hose from the turbine for storage or for moving the turbine around.

Note that Fuji Spray systems come with one 2046 hose connector, for linking the air hose to the spray gun. You’ll need an extra one to use with the 2046M, if you also want quick connection at the turbine end of the air hose.

#9 — Gravity Gun Stand — $17

This simple device makes it easy to filter fluid as you fill the spray cup.

This makes filtering spray fluid through a paper filter easy, and also provides a handy place to hang a gravity gun while you grab a drink or snack or answer your phone. It works with just the T75G and the Fuji Auto gravity-feed compressor guns.

#10 — For keeping a beautiful year-round tan — SoloTan with new FT-5 applicator — $449

The Fuji 3575 is a new ultra portable and lightweight spray tanning kit — perfect for home or mobile use. It can also be the starter kit for a new spray tanning business.

Stocking stuffer!

It’s used on a test piece, to match the thickness of the sprayed film to the finish manufacturer’s specifications. It’s included when you buy a Fuji Spray system — and easy to lose later. This is actually a fine gift for anyone who paints — like your friends who haven’t caught on that instead of borrowing your Fuji Spray system, they might buy their own.
