Amazing Features for Efficiency
6-Stage Motor: Delivers exceptional power with a maximum PSI of 11.5. Allowing you to atomize virtually all coatings undiluted, ensuring even coverage and a stunning finish.
The extra power of the new Fuji Spray D6 turbine means that you can spray most high viscosity coatings — such as latex paint — with no dilution at all. These means that each coat has better coverage, giving you a better chance for fewer coatings and far speedier jobs.
Fuji Spray is running thorough tests of a wide range of thick coatings so you will know precisely the coatings you can spray undiluted with the D6. So far, the results are amazing, and they’re not done yet!
Smart Select Control Panel: Featuring an expertly calibrated control panel to easily dial in your desired air pressure.
This replaces the control knob on the Q5 turbines, for much faster adjustment. Each button sets the air flow to a precise speed.
This makes it simple to choose the best air flow for the fluid you’re spraying. Faster is ideal for some coatings, but slow spraying is often better for very detailed work spraying a thin finish. Once you learn your personal setting preferences for the fluids you use, you can choose the correct setting with just the push of one button.
You can see how your efficiency will improve!
Easy Pause Remote: This makes your work more convenient and efficient. The remote turbine synchronizes with the air control inside the D6 turbine. (It’s different from the remote control used with other Fuji Spray turbines.)
You can pause the flow of air with the remote, stopping the turbine motor, and eliminating unnecessary run time. Then when you want to resume spraying, you can use the remote to turn the D6 back on. It will restart at the same setting where you left it!
Cool Operation Design: Utilizes proprietary advanced bleeder box technology to maintain cooler operating temperatures, extending the lifespan of the motor without compromising performance.
For such a powerful turbine, this is especially important. It also helps keep you and your spraying area cooler.
Fold Away Spray Gun Holder :
Declutter your workspace and enhance your productivity. Designed to securely hold your HVLP spray gun during storage and effortlessly collapse onto your turbine when it’s time to spray.
This is an improvement over previous Fuji Spray turbines, which have an optional spray gun mount that holds the spray gun above the turbine. Those are convenient, but the fold-down option on the D6 turbines can save storage space and make the D6 easier to carry.
Use the new D6 turbine with any of the top-rated Fuji Spray guns.
Note that as one of the bonus items when you buy a Fuji Spray D6, you get a 1.8mm air cap setup to match your T70, T75G, or GXPC spray gun.
The D6 will come in system packages with your choice of the Fuji Spray T70, T75G, or GXPC spray gun. The turbine will also be available alone.
A 1.3 mm air cap will be installed in the gun, but when you place your order, you can specify a different size if you prefer.
